I live in the state of Ohio, Upon a person's death is the lock box in a bank sealed? Also , if I am execurtor of the estate can i get into the lock box?

Since I don't live in Ohio, I can't answer your question specifically.

However, all you really need to do is go to the bank and show the copy of the will (if it mentions your name as executor) and they will probably let you go ahead and have access. Or if you have already filed the will with the county courthouse, you should have already received a letter from the probate court that authorizes you to act as executor, and that also would be all you need to show them.
