I lent a friend of mine some money so that he could purchase a vehicle. He was supposed to repay me the amount in full. Our agreement was verbal with another friend present. We had a falling out and he now refuses to pay me back. Is there anything I can do about this?

file in small claims court and try to prove your case.

Have your third party appear as a witness, be sure to provide all evidence of the loan. bank statements, cancelled checks etc.
