Ok, An HVAC contractor works MO, TN, and GA. We have a contract for $7200. Half was a down payment, other half upon completion.
Having trouble getting returned calls- was supposed to be there week of Thanksgiving-said wanted check to clear before he bought materials-no problem. Having trrouble getting return calls- text'd me saying it would be this week- phone is not working- called his home phone and left message.
What can I do if he doesn't do job- I have contract- The company is bonded and insured?
Any help-- would this be fraud? Get police involved, courts, what??
