I Took my employer to the Illinois Department Of Labor (THEY), I argued my case and won an amount of $ 2400.00 per IDOL, My old employeer was ordered to pay me or they were to be fined daily untill payed. a few months go by and I get a letter from IDOL telling me I must seek leagl advice, they are too bisy to proceicute all the companies... WHAT DO I DO.!!!!!!!!!!
