Artwork copyrights

I am thinking about going into a small home business where I would buy posters, mount them creatively and resell them. Is this an infringement on the artists' copyrights? I live in Florida. Thanks for your help!

I am working toward starting a part time business, out of my home for now. I am wanting to buy wholesale items and retail them through my business. I have applied for a tax #, and am checking into other permits I may need but not real sure...any help ?

If you buy the art posters, you're probably okay, unless the creator of the work seeks to bar your creative framing.
It is probably easier to get forgiveness than permission.
