What is the name of your state? Oregon

I'm pretty sure that a family member/friend had my dad draw up a new will while he is not of sound mind (he has Alzheimer's). The original trust was done in 1992, but I can not locate any of these documents. If the original trust was never "revoked", whatever that means, is the second one valid? Is there anyway to locate an original trust? I'm planning on calling every lawyer in the phone book as a start, but I'm hoping there is an easier way.
