had some questions about statutory rape in NY. male is 19, female is 16. under what laws would the acts of oral sex and then sexual intercourse fall. are these both felonies, misdeminors ? does oral sex not count as statutory rape ? could this information just be spelled out and cleared up for me. thanks.
