ECHOSTAR/Dish Network ran my credit history!
Is it legal?
I ran my credit history, and saw that Echostar (related to Dish Network) has run my credit history. Now, my history is good, but should they be running my history in first place? I have a phone through a phone company, internet through another and they have never done that, so why should a satellite company be running my history?
When I called CS, I was told that it was a part of 'agreement'. I am disgusted enough with these guys, and their incessant marketing calls that I am thinking about getting rid of them.
