We moved from CA to OR - new trust needed?

What is the name of your state?

We have been in OR for about 2 years after having moved from CA. Our trust was written in 1998 in CA.

Does it need re-writing or amending or something?

The same question was argued about on an estate planning attorney mailing list recently. There were arguments on both sides with no resolution. I would think it wouldn't hurt to call an attorney to review the trust. While many would want to re-write the trust, if the trust was created in the other state recently, some wouldn't charge much for the review.
