on my 20th birthday i got pulled over with an unopened amount of beers and i received a ticket for transporting alcohol being under 21....i was with my roomate and he is 23 years old but the cop told me that u cannot have the beer inside the truck cab and it had to be in the bed of the truck. so he gave us the beer back after giving ME the ticket and now im wondering if i can fight the ticket or what to do...thanks
