standard executor fees for small estate

My sister has been taking care of our other sister's (complicated because she had lots of unpaid debts and committed suicide) estate for nothing, but now a tax refund came in to the estate and she should be paid something for all that time and work. What is the standard range of fee to give an executor in Louisiana?
