I am a minor and I was taken into custody, and I was wondering if it was OK for the police to 1) arrest me without informing me of my rights (Miranda Rights); and 2) tape record me when they questioned me without me knowing it.

They can arrest you without reading Miranda. Miranda is not a constitutional law - it is case law.

As for tape recording you, depends on if you were beingi interrogated (they were soliciting information from you in an adverse fashion) and you were arrested/detained.
