Attorney deliberately gave false information in court verbally and also in writing. These untruths affected the outcome of the case. If it can be documented that his statements were false is this considered perjury. If it is perjury what is the attorney's punishment???

Isn't what you describe considered to be normal? And if he won the case his punishment would probably be a partnership in the law firm. Unless it was the attorney on trial, he would be considered doing his job. Your best option would be to contact the local or state bar association and see if you can file a compaint. The complaint may not even be accepted unless you were the injured party. Even then, your still dealing with lawyers and they tend to look out for each other.
