What is the name of your state? michigan
if a personal representative personally includes the written award from a case evaluation in his motion and then files that motion to a judge who is the trier of fact (non jury trial). is this considered a tort and can the interested parties seek damages $$$ against the personal representative's for his gross negligence? thanks you
