My son recently purchased window treatments for his living room from a major department store. They continued to get them wrong, so finally after four tries (7 months), the department manager credited his account and offered to do all the windows in the house for free as compensation for all of the hassle he has been through. Now the department manager has been fired and the store manager is refusing to honor the agreement. And it is now 9 months later and the original order has never been fulfilled! What recourse does he have?
