What is the name of your state? NY
Do I have any legal grounds to take someone to court for a loan I took out in my name for him, that he was supposed to be paying, and now isn't because we split up? He's been paying on the loan since I took it out, until December when we split up, and hasn't made a payment since. Am I just stuck now?
