Hi, About two years ago I recieved a possession of alcohol while under 21 ticket. I went ahead and paid the fine, it was a Class 3 Misdemeanor in NC. I had done nothing before that, first offense ever. I have not done anything since then, this remains the one blemish on my record.
I'm wondering if there is a process to remove it from my record now, or in the future?
I appreciate any assistance. Mistakes were made, but I appreciate any help in rectifying them from this point on.
