My Grandmother is recently deceased, in Oregon, and left property both there and in California. In her trust, she specified that my sister and I jointly inherit her clothes and personal effects. What exactly constitutes "personal effects?" We know that this is seperate from furnishings and jewelry, since these were left to another family member, but we would appreciate a good definition of personal effects. Thanks.
