I live in Minnesota. I have been working in a motel for 3 years. I am on an hourly way. There have been several times where I have worked over 40 hours a week but was never paid overtime for it. There are 20-25 employees (turnover flucuates) and the income ranges in the $600,000 a year. My owners also own two other motels and have other investments. Are they exempt from paying me overtime? My title is night manager.
