I went to HR Block to use their rapid refund so I could pay bills off with the money. I signed up to use rapid refund, I was told I would get the money the next day. When I called the next day to pick my check up I was told they denied my RAL. So I then called the bank that handles Block's loans they told me it had been denied because I owed another bank money on a reposession on a car loan. Can they do this?
