I live in Nevada. I recently moved onto property owned by
my uncle with his permission. Since my credit would not allow me to purchase a 5th wheel trailer to live in, my uncle purchased it in his name. I make the monthly payments and pay the insurance on the trailer. What does my uncle need to do to assure that I own the trailer upon his death?
Can he simply add my name to the loan? Please help. Thank you.
