What is the name of your state? CO

I won a small claims case against another person in another state. I need the defendant's financial information so I can get my money back, but they now have a different address. The court sent out the paper works to serve the defendants, but the papers were returned to the court because it's undeliverable. What ways can I get their new address, so I can get them served? Would I have to hire a private investigator? I just need their financial info (where they bank, work, etc), so I can have the court order a garnishment or something. I live in Colorado, but the defendant was in Wisconsin.

Any comments will help. Thanks Much!
