What is the name of your state? Oregon

My ex-boyfriend damaged the interior of my car during an argument. The damage was deliberate and I have an estimate of $390 for repairs. He is refusing to pay and claims I have no case. It is his word against mine. I do have pictures. Is he right? Do I have no case? Please advise.

You have a "case" as you have a legitimate cause of action. The problem will be in proving it through a preponderance of the evidence. If you are cute and have doeful eyes and he is a tatooed hooligan, you'll win for sure. Other scenarios are harder to guess.
