My daughter & I got a loan for a used car in Dec. of 99' and we just got a title this month. We payed $16,000 and salesman put purchase price of $500 on the title and that we just purchased the car the first of this month. We still have a loan on this car and can prove it with loan papers. What can be done with this . Is this illegal?
