If a person loses a lawsuit by default judgment does the judge have to sign a Judgment Order? Does it become part of the case file? I know this sounds like a stupid question but I am in default in a lawsuit and I went and read the file and there is no order in there to inforce the judgment. Does the order just get mailed to the winning party?
