I own a small business in North Carolina. The past few years we have had a major decline in sales. I am four months behind on my sales tax. The revenue dept. is demanding full payment or threatening to put me in jail. I don't have the funds to pay this nor will he set up a payment plan. Please advise me on what steps to take next.
