Ex-boyfriend racked up bills in my name, took both cars that we bought together, and is now getting traffic tickets in my name. I have a stalking order against him- non-ending. I need to recover my losses, or I'll have to file bankruptcy. How do I go about this? It's over $5000, so I can't file in small claims.
I know I was stupid to get here, and I HAVE learned my lesson.
