Done

Well thanks to all those who viewed this post. I found a good book via google about finding your way around small claims court. It answered alot of the questions I had. As a result I filed my case this morning and will go to court for round one on the 27th. As I am sure they will contect the amounts or the case in general this may run into april or may before being completed. I will up date upon completion with the results.
