What is the name of your state? Md. i need help badly. i have property damage and tried to sue the responsible party, but they got over with some fancy legal work. Motions to dismiss , summary judgements etc. I would like to file an appeal but i can't afford the cost of a good attorney for an appeal. Does anyone know how i can file my own briefs or whatever need to be done for an appeal in a civil case.
