My father recently passed away. I am trying to clear up
his debt. I have power of attorney for him, but there was not an "executor of trust" or anything left by him. No one will give me a copy of his credit report, even with a copy of the death certificate and power of attorney! How do I clear up his debts if I dont know what they are?!?!
