big problem

What is the name of your state? Michigan
One day me and my friend went to miejr and tryed to steal alcohl and i got caught and she got away. i just recently got off probation what will happen? also her boyfried said that if we didnt get him the alchol that he would find us and beat us would that threat help my case? also i got caught stealing before but was not charged what will happen then? but since my friend got away should i turn her in too?

I've been caught stealing;
once when I was 5...
I enjoy stealing.

Why? Do you think that will help your case in some way?

I suspect you will be in trouble since you've been in trouble before.

From now on, when one of my kids does something stupid, I will think of you and realize that it could be so much worse.

Meijer always prosecutes shoplifters. If you have been in trouble in the past, you stand to be in a LOT more trouble now. First-time offenders often get breaks in Michigan. You, however, are a three-time offender. Your breaks are no longer available.

As for the threat against you by the boyfriend, the responsible thing to have done was to report the threat to the police. As for the threat against you making any difference in the outcome for you, highly doubtful.

I was also caught shoplifting at Meijers with a friend and I got caught - not my friend. I had a lawyer when I went to court (which is a good idea). I recieved $150 in court fines and $50 in court costs. Meijers also made me pay $165 in damaged merchandise. I also got placed on unsupervised probation for a year. If you have no previous record, you will probably be faced with probation until you are 18 - maybe longer. Just be lucky that its not on your adult record like mine. Just dont do it again.....
As far as the threat....unless you friend testifies with you, it will be completely irrelevent.
