MIP of alcohol

What is the name of your state? VA

I had a MIP charge, and a petty larceny charge about a month ago for trying to steel beer. I consulted someone with the justice system and am doing a diversion program for the petty larceny. I have done 17 hours of community service, and AA meetings before my court date and was wondering what my chances are of losing my license, and other possible punishments.

This is my first offense, and am 17 years old.

I would pretty much say goodbye to your license.

You sure? because my friend had the same thing happen to him twice and he didn't lose his license either time.
