What is the name of your state? Texas
Does anyone know where I can get a pre-printed form that I can fill out myself to file with the court to request a debtor's emanination in Texas? I have found forms like this in the state of CA, but can I use then in Texas? Can you do a statement of assests after the judgment has already been given?
