What is the name of your state? Texas
Does anyone know if you can send a debtors statement of assets to the debtor after the judgment has been order in small claim court or file a motion to have a debtors examination in the state of Texas?
I have read where this is possible in the the state of CA but can't find if this is used in Texas.
Can anyone help shed some light on this for me??
