Can a Family Trust be challenged, as a Will can be?
Also, is the Attorney with a copy of this Trust obligated to give me a copy of the Trust if requested? I feel I should be a party to this trust ( and possibly could be) but need a copy to see if I am a party. I'm in Oklahoma and the trust is in Las Vegas. What state would I get an attorney? This trust was set up by my deceased Uncle. He was married for a short while and this trust was established. There are no children on either side. Help before she sells everything!
