engagement ring no contract

arkansas I bought an engagment ring we put it under her name because of the credit situation. we then broke up and she told me that if i paid it off she would give me the ring. However, i have no proof of this do i have a case? I gave her my card info and she paid so i can prove i paid. but there is no proof that she said she would give it to me.
