What is the name of your state? Florida
Are the claims posted in EEOC confidential or they advise the employer about whom is setting the complaint?
I don't want to loose my job because of the claim poste by me.

First, you posted this in the wrong forum--should be under employment law. Second, the EEOC doesn't have a database that is accessible by employers. Three, becuase you filed a charge, you can't be retaliated against.

After you file a claim with the EEOC, the EEOC notifies the employer of the claim and who made it as part of the investigation.

The employer is not supposed to retaliate against an employee for filing an EEOC claim, but it happens all the time. If they do, you have a cause of action for illegal retaliation. Whether you get money out of that depends on you proving the illegal retaliation and your damages.
