I have recently received a Summons to appear in Court for a Garnishment. I don't know what to do wheather I should appear in court or simply call the Debtor and make payment arrangements through them. I honestly cannot afford to pay this, I am a single Mother with 2 Children and I am already behind on my everyday Bills.
