What is the name of your state? Missouri

Hi, my father died in 2006, at the time I had two cars in my posession, that I purchased, that were in his name, The vehicles had been paid off 5 years before but we never had the vehicles titled in my name.

My father had little assets so we did not go through the probate process. Now I have a problem b/c the vehicles registration is up and I do not know what do to, we have moved to another county in Missouri, so I don't know how or if I can even get the vehicles on the tax rolls and get them registered.

If anyone can offer an advice it would be greatly appreciated.

The DOR will let you (I think) transfer just one vehicle this way.

In that case, you'd need this form also for the second vehicle:

CAUTION: I am assuming that pa left no wife and you are his only heir (heirs are spouses, sons, daughters, kids of deceased sons or daughters, etc.)
Thanks for the info, my mother and I are his only heirs, my mother suffers from alzheimers and is in a nursing home. So how else could I go about this?
