What is the length of time anyone person can contest a will, after death?
Can the deceased put into the will prior to death that someone other than a family member be given the assets undera time period of conditon in other words if that party meets the required conditions stipulated as a condition for the assets can anyone still contest the will/

Here is the Texas statute:
§ 93. PERIOD FOR CONTESTING PROBATE. After a will has
been admitted to probate, any interested person may institute suit
in the proper court to contest the validity thereof, within two
years after such will shall have been admitted to probate, and not
afterward, except that any interested person may institute suit in
the proper court to cancel a will for forgery or other fraud within
two years after the discovery of such forgery or fraud, and not
afterward. Provided, however, that incapacitated persons shall
have two years after the removal of their disabilities within which
to institute such contest.

That is very confusing. Adding some specifics might get you better feedback. But, the deceased can put just about anything in a will and any interested party can contest a will. Whether a contest is successful depends upon the grounds and the evidence.

Type the language of the will here so we can better understand the question you are asking, just the portion about time period and conditions that they are asking to be met.
