What is the name of your state? NC

I filed a motion and received a letter from the other party saying they will agree and give consent to my motion so it can be granted. What do I need to do now so that we don't both have to be in court to argue the motion?

Is the letter addressed to you,or was it sent to the Court and a copy mailed to you? Perhaps all you have to do is send the letter to the Clerk of the Court with an explanation that the Motion is assented to by the other party. The Court would certainly want to avoid a needless hearing.
