What is the name of your state? Oklahoma

I need to know what is the best way to protect our parents home if they need to go to a nursing home. We want for their home to provide for their financial needs, but we don't want to have it taken and them pass before the money is completely used. They are in their early 70's, we expect they will live in the home for many more years.

You need to tell us the value of the house and how much is owed on it. Are you familiar with reverse mortgages? Also, are the children able to buy the house and rent it back to them? Or better yet, sell the house when they go into the nursing home.
