What is the name of your state? Florida, My mother did a will in 2000 leaving everything to myself and my brother to be divided
50/50. Around 2002 she decided to put my name on the deed to her house with rights of suviorship. Does this mean that once she passes it is still part of her estate or does the house become mine and I do not have to divide it 50/50?

Not an expert, but have read about this. The house should not go through probate, just like if you were the beneficiary of an life ins. policy. Morally, you should share the proceeds from the sale of the house.
