What is the name of your state? North Carolina

A married woman from Wisconsin has an affair with a married man from North Carolina.
It lasts 3 months. She drives or flies twice to see him when he is out of town for his job. They call and text each other. She then calls and tells him she really wants to see him and wants him to fly to Wisconsin and stay at her home with her 5 children while her husband is out of town. The discuss over and over that he has no money, there is no way he can come there. She offers to pay for his ticket over the phone. He says he's not comfortable with that. She begs that she will do anything to see him. He texts her and says if she pays for the ticket he will pay her back. She buys the ticket the next day. The never again discuss it, not payment plan, no you owe me money, nothing. She then tells him she is pregnant but is taking care of the abortion on her own. Which she does he offers to help pay she declines and says she will handle it.
Affair ends---wife's husband finds out. WI husband calls NC wife and tells her about their spouses having an affair. Tells NC wife that he has read the emails and texts the two sent each other and that NC husband repeatly talks about how he has no money. They have filed bankruptcy, have a several autistic child and that money has always been an issue. He goes on to say that basically he financially supported his wife's affair since she paid for everything but would never ask NC wife for any reimbursment for anything his wife did.
Now out of the blue WI man is threatening to sue NC man for amount of plane ticket and half of the cost of the abortion. Says that because he has a text message saying that NC said he would pay WI back for plane ticket that he is taking him to court. He is threatening to come to NC and sue for $632.30. I know this sounds like a small amount of money but NC husband and wife have no money to pay this. Also NC wife does not want to pay because WI woman knew that NC husband and wife had a good marriage but were struggling financially. Were having major issues with their autistic child and had been together for over 15 years. But she was very vocal about how unhappy her marriage was and knew NC man from childhood and wanted to reconnect with someone from her past. The way she started the whole affair was befriending the wife in NC. She called and continued to email and call throughout the affair.

Sorry! If WI man sues will that text message ensure him a win? Can NC wife sue WI for alienation of affection?
Nobody here can be sure that anything WILL happen in court.

Google to see if those states allow alienation of affection suits. Most don't. And I'm not feeling too googly lately. ;)

Why would you sue WI? What did WI do to you? And, why would you be mad at a woman who owes you nothing? Your husband is the one who doesn't understand a zipper. Or a condom.
