I was served, they gave it to my 16 year old kid, for a credit card that i settled with a collection agency almost a year ago for 1600. I owed 2500 and some change. Now I got served from a company called Unifund CCR Partners for 4,747.69 and court costs. I can prove that I paid this settlement last year in May. (with bank records)
I NEED TO KNOW HOW TO GO FROM HERE!!!!
