What is the name of your state? AL I want to file my divorce without an attorney. My husband is in agreement. There is no property or assets to be divided. I need to know the number or name of the form to ask for when I go to local probate office. They aren't able to tell me in the office because of legal reasons. Again, I need the exact legal name of the document. Thanks!

Really? You googled this site but can't google the form?? Bizarre.

And why are you going to "the local probate office" instead of the local COURT?
