Need your utmost advice on the below case scenario.

The case is:
The man was previously married and filed an anulment/Divorce to his first wife.
The man get a second marriage to another woman while his divorce or anulment is ongoing on court and the not yet void.

Question is:

In few years , the anulment/divorce was granted for his first marriage.
What happened then to the second marriage? still valid or void?

Its valid, but voidable. His wife could have it voided.

And he is a criminal who has committed a felony.

Not to mention he committed fraud when he applied for the marriage certificate....

If you will be his atty what would be your best and ligitimate advice his case? and make the second marriage legal.

According the history of the man:
His first marriage, the wife on her birth certificate was tampered and the spelling of her name was changed (ie. Her name used on marriage cert is maila, here real name on her birth cert was myla and used this for her second marriage)
But then his first wife was or who got married first and use the name MYLA or committed felony in first place.
After few years the man decided to settle down and file a devorce for his frist wife where in the first place is no where he could find for 3 yrs.
