My ex-gf and i took out a loan to buy a car (bad idea right there!). my parents co-signed on said loan.
we broke-up for unimportant reasons but she took the car with the promise that she was going to assume the loan. it's been 4 months where i have had to make the payment so that mine and my parents credit wouldn't go down hill. she won't give me back the car...
i'm looking for advice on what to do. should i get a lawyer? take her to court? i tried to talk to her but she refuses to listen, she can't afford the car but she won't give it to me.
help would be appreciated.
