This case is in Wisconsin**************After a 4 yr relationship we decided to breakup, and it was messy. She took me to court and I was ordered to pay 1300 (she asked for 5000) for 3 month left on the lease and various bills. Shortly after that she filed a restraining order on me for 4 yrs (that was 2 yrs ago). I had to get a plice escort to get my clothes and tool for my employment. I seeked additional help to move my things out, with no luck. 2 yrs later I still owe that money, there's a "non enforceable warrant out cause I never paid, yet she was able to keep everything I ever owned...pictures,heirlooms,all my antiques, clothes, comp, big tv....everything. I would be ok with just having the case against me dropped. My kids and family all live in Wisconsin where this case is....I'd love to visit my kids without worrying about getting arrested. What are my chances of getting the judge in this case to drop this case? Can anyone help me?
P.S. For 3½ yrs of our 4 yr relationship we had a very hard time with me having a stalker....come to find out...it was her the whole time.

Unless there's some technical error discovered, why would the judge drop the case against you? Because you've made a (thus far) unsubstantiated claim that you were stalked? Because you've never paid the money you were ordered to pay? Because you didn't rent a truck to get all your things out?
