What is the name of your state? Calif

I have had paid consultations with several attorneys in my area regarding filing for divorce from my husband. I have not chosen/retained the attorney that I want to represent me yet. Can my husband use one of the attorneys that I have already consulted with ? Or since I have already consulted with them are they off limits to him ?

Technically they should be off limits to him.
